The Plc and The PlclCpC:
1.The PLC (Programmable Logic Computer) is used for automation of various industrial processes.

It could also be a refrence to an obscure American underground experimental band called THE IMPLICIT ORDER. That track even reminds me of their work a bit.... That band sometimes signs it's name as or is referred to IO or I/O.

Might be a reference to Brian Eno's "Ambient 1: Music for Airports". Alti for altitude, bzz for drone, which has a double meaning: a type of ambient music, and a aircraft.
